Gracie Combatives

Although Gracie Jiu-Jitsu consists of over 600 techniques, studies of real fights conducted by members of the Gracie Family have shown that 36 techniques have been used more often and with greater success than all the other techniques combined. Originally developed for the U.S. Army, you need absolutely no experience to start this program.

Master Cycle

After the completion of the  Gracie Combatives program awaits the Master Cycle. This program consists of hundreds of advanced techniques organized into seven positional chapters (Mount, Side Mount, Guard, Half Guard, Back Mount, Leg Locks, Standing), each of which is studied for several months before moving on to the next chapter.

Gracie Bullyproof

A confident child is a bullyproof child. The Gracie Bullyproof program  will teach your child to use verbal assertiveness to deter bullies and several non-violent self-defense techniques to stay safe if physically assaulted. Importantly, we don’t teach how to punch or kick, since this often does more harm than good. Instead, we use leverage-based control holds to neutralize threats without violence.

Online Video Curriculum

In addition to training at our Gracie Certified Training Center, all students will get free access to the online Gracie Combatives and Master Cycle instructional videos. You can view them now, for free, to get a taste of what you will be learning with us.
