WHY WE’RE HERE

A family’s journey.
A place for yours.

Jacob and Julia Harris discovered Gracie Jiu-Jitsu as a family, training alongside their two boys before moving from Frederick to Arkansas.

That experience shapes the school we’re building here: a place where beginners feel welcome, families can grow together, and training partners support each other.

Our focus is practical self-defense taught with structure, patience, and respect. We believe confident humans make kinder humans.
