The experience
Junior Grapplers helps children practice responding to difficult situations with a clear voice and a thoughtful approach. Physical training emphasizes defensive control and responsible use of their skills.
Students practice assertiveness, boundaries, and ways to address conflict before it becomes physical.
Guided practice introduces leverage and positioning, emphasizing controlled responses rather than punching and kicking.
Respect for partners, attention to instruction, and consideration for others are part of how we train together.
