Getting started
You don’t need experience to take the first step. A little curiosity and a class that fits your goals are a good place to begin.
Starting somewhere new can bring a few questions. Which program is right for you? What should you wear? What happens when you arrive? Here’s a straightforward guide to your first visit.
Gracie Combatives gives adults a structured introduction to practical self-defense. Women Empowered offers a women-only pathway for ages 12 and up. Our children’s programs provide different starting points for ages 3–5, 5–7, and 8–12, and we also offer daytime homeschool classes.
If you’re choosing a class for your child or returning to training with previous experience, talk with our team. We can help you understand the options and confirm the right placement.
Our 10-day free trial is a chance to experience the school. Choose your program and a class date, then enter your contact details and confirm your booking. Availability is confirmed in the booking form.
Bring water, allow a little extra time to meet the instructor, and contact us beforehand about suitable clothing and uniform arrangements. Bring your questions, too. You don’t need to know the terminology before you arrive.
We’re at 568 E Centerton Blvd., Centerton, AR 72719, serving Bentonville and Centerton, AR. If you’d like a little guidance before booking, call 479-250-8150.
